Sizing.
Measure the circumference of your knee around the centre of your patella.
The Get Gripped knees sleeves start very snug and can take a few sessions to break in.
If you measure on the higher end of a size, we recommend ordering the next size up.

How tight should a knee sleeve be?
The sleeve should not be too tight. That’s not necessary to make them effective at alleviating your pain. If the sleeve is too tight, it’s going to cause you to not wear it and that’s not what we want. With that said, using it is as simple as slipping it on, over your knee and going about your activities!
